... then your ideas can't be executed because your senior ego is greater than that. I felt for good money at first but when I joined, something was not told at first and that was if you take a leave, your two day salary would be cut down. It means if you don't come office any day then you have to pay from your salary to the company what you get for two days. It's hilarious, isn't it.I joined toppr and I regret it.

...e availed only after achieving target. No perks other than salary and incentive. Salary is good for people with no or very less experience. I told the HR I want to join a company not a hellhole. Paid money doesn't justify the work salary should be higher. I didn't even go for interview.
