I worked under the then-CEO and Founder Mr. Sunil Khanna. The various departments Design, Frontend, Backend, Multimedia, Editorial, Sales and HR worked cohesively. A good work environment, approachable seniors and cross-department colleagues, with very few overtime days, and a casual dress code all contributed to motivation and productivity.
