Job security-NO❌ Work culture -Not supporting Management -bakwas. Company policies-Everytime change according to work which is not good. Growth - Zero.

Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of two year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company Mein Hadd Se Jayda politics hai .jyda experience walye log beginner ko agye nahi badnye detye.yeha ka management or HR team employees ke liye nahi sochte.transport department mai to iss company mai kabhi bhi join mat krna kq ki apki hiring to kise or position ke liya hoga pr apko kaam kuch or he krna pdta hai.
