I was an employee here very long back but I remember the experience here was very welcoming as the seniors were very helpful and take care of the freshers especially Husena who will help you as a personal mentor in up skilling and guide how to perform well throughout the career. The only thing you have to do is perform well bring closures to the positions and rest the company will take care in your salary, in your work life balance, perks everything.

According to their manager, there is no such hiring key in their office. They give employees the designation of Team leader or Manager but do not have an actual hiring team. The management puts pressure on individuals to create their own teams in order to receive an appraisal. Furthermore, they expect employees to always be available and do not allow for a personal life outside work.
