Every thing about this organization is worst , if you are going for an interview they will offer you salary which is less then what you are already getting :D . Management is worst ,managers don't even know the meaning of management. Work life balance is not zero its NEGATIVE. In this organization you have to work as a slave. you will get leaves every month in your account but you cant take it and by any chance if you take that leave then consider it as your last day in this organization , that is what i have to say about job security here . Its a LALA company if owner don't like your face they can fire you anytime they want , policies and procedures don't exist in this organization. over all , its better to stay jobless then working in this organization. save your self .

Salaries on time, but no growth.

I have worked with TopD Alliance Pvt Limited and my experience was disappointing. While the salary was always on time, there were numerous issues that overshadowed this one positive aspect. The office politics were unbearable, making it hard to focus and get things done. Different teams were constantly at odds, creating a chaotic atmosphere. The incentive plan was terrible, offering little motivation to excel. Despite working hard and doing well, there was no recognition or appreciation by managers and senior leaders, which was incredibly disheartening. The company senior management really need to step up and take the work environment more seriously. Appraisals were delayed, adding to the overall frustration. In summary, I wouldn’t recommend working at TopD Alliance Pvt Limited unless they make significant improvements to their work culture and start valuing their employees more.

I have worked in this company for one year and there is nothing that I liked about it it is the worst company one can go to even it is a waste of time to go to this company as they are hiring for a role of “copy things from word and paste it to linkedin and send it to people” that is what they call marketing.

Dislikes

1. There is no leave policy and people are supposed to do slavery for this company else there is a salary deduction for every leave 2. None of the festival are marked as holiday and are not able to take leave at any of the holiday 3. Micromanagement is on it peaks in this company everything including (Breaks timings, phone usage, even water in tea ) is measured in this measured by company. 4. Salary was told to be X amount but there are several deductions in the same and variable is also a deduction as the target is non achievable one. 5. Working environment is very bad.

Toxic environment Need to Work on SAT and SUN Too much of Office Politics No senior management involvement and presence is there in the office premises. No leaves approved, even you are having leave balance. Sales manager is good, he understand everything but the leaves does not get accepted by the senior management. Other teams like Marketing and Staffing-Recruitment has everything catered to them even leaves and no work on SAT and SUN for them, but here BDE means cold calling labor.
