Work pressure, no yearly salary hike, even if you engineer you have to work like workers (moved material by hand, on our own bike), abusive language used by Management to show you downgrade, In time fix but no fix out time, worked for more than 8-9 hrs, no proper toilets, washrooms, when you gave resignation then management not released as per notice period, they try to hook you in problems, no experience letter given,

No not at all.... salary was credited after 2-3 months months...and my last month salary was not given to me...rash work culture....
