Totally fake company. They highlighted the salary from 4-6 lakhs but they offers only 15k to 17 k. Illigal deduction from salary in the name of pf, esi, hra and others. Working culture is wrost than any company like no TA, DA or other benefits. In 9 to 10 hours jobs you are not offered a singal cup of tea/coffee.extrem level of work pressure and noone will support you even you have to work in National holidays like independence day, Republic day or any other festivals. Only those employee can survive who can know how to buttering and oiling. In last 3-4 years more than 5k employee has left the company. This company also cheated with their customers for selling repaired products as new listed product.

Pretty much everything. Starting with the salary deduction when you're late. They cut your half of your daily salary if you're even late by a minute, but no overtime when you stretch it out to 7-8PM. NO HOLIDAYS. 6 DAYS WORK. NO BONUS. Company culture is super toxic, they cannot bear to see you doing your work on time. If you are good at your work, they will give you the work of 3 people to handle in a day. They also have a policy of keeping phones out while you're working, but the general manager and the HR -who literally talks on personal phones in front of everyone. Taking no breaks is encouraged and if you ask for a leave, you have to show documents to prove that it is actually required. They don't even have any paid sick leaves, for that matter. The management's decision keeps on changing every day, your department can be changed instantly at a whim. There is no coordination among the higher-ups so you have to pay the price and suffer. They can also fire you without any prior notice, provide you no severance fee, they did not even give the employees the fees for the time they gave during COVID-19 lockdown. They can also call you at any time after they fired you, asking you to rejoin, but not give you any raise for another year or two because you worked somewhere else in between. No matter how much work you do, if you dare to leave on time, they will assign you more work so you just cannot afford to leave in time. Last but not the least, the general manager's behavior is so bad, that a lot of employees left only because of him. You cannot grow here because you are given no opportunity to grow. Raises are not given to all the people every year. Forget promotions. You do good work, they try to overwork and underpay you. Last but not the least, the salary they post and the salary they offer are very different. Good luck. Hope this helps.

...a totally different department if he feels like you have a "light" workload. 2. Your full-day salary is cut to half if you arrive 5 minutes late from login time. 3. No National Holidays (or any holidays for that matter). 4. Salary is EXTREMELY subpar. 5. Forget overtime. You can work for hours after your logout time and they won't even give you a penny. 6. NO BONUSES. 7. Sick leaves are frowned upon. 8. No job security. You can be fired anyday depending on management's mood. 9. They expect you to do the work of 3 people while paying for (less than) half of the salary you'd need to sustain yourself. 10. They 100% lowball you from day 1 and never ever promote unless your colleague leaves. And it's just title change, salary change is not reflected most of the time. 11. If you leave and join another company they'll try to get you back by offering something that's marginally above your current salary. If you get back, they'll behave horribly with you and if you happen to work during their very rare appraisal years, you're screwed because you won't be receiving a pay raise than what you're offered when you agreed to change back. The employees who didn't leave would only get the pay raise.

I love the working environment the most. I joined like a fresher and was also a bit worried but fortunately I met with the super supportive managers and teammates. Here the managers always keep their team members highly motivated so that they can perform well. If you are a hardworking and dedicated person then. this will be the best place for you. If you are a hardworking and dedicated person you are quite suitable. Specially the CEO has always an alternate solution and the way he guides really cannot be explained.
