You'll face a terrible environment if you're on the marketing team. The manager performs favoritism left-right-center and usually deals with a team with an average age below 25. Hence, she cannot take 'No' for an answer. She has zero patience and no tolerance for people new to this domain (but is quite flexible about hiring them). The HR head (not the HR-finance) is even worse. She is rude, misbehaves like anything, and has zero empathy. She does not know how to behave properly when anybody is vulnerable and that too not when it is not related to work. She single-handedly is ruining the culture of the company and many other employees also have the same pov. The other teams are sorted and people are well-behaved.
