The management only favours certain employees for pay raises and promotion, based on personal relationship rather merit HR, prioritises appearance over talent, promoting their favourites within six months Hard-working Employee struggle to advance due to not being their favourite and not looking good up to their standards which is wearing revealing clothes

1. Less salary vs market 2.take too much time for promotions after giving your 200% for company. 3.No appreciation for your good work as a human being which requires a lot to motivate.

It's was a great pleasure of mine to worked with tommy as ASM , I worked for 4years , environment is great but there is lot of politics ,m mean if you work hard but your mind is zero in politics then u can't grow as much as other people ,but I belive if a person is great in work ,and a little sharp in team work( how to make people work) then no one can beat him .but Senior support is great ,I would love to give tommy 5 star

Salary growth is not good ,growth is average ,if you are in small town then your growth is slow
