The management only favours certain employees for pay raises and promotion, based on personal relationship rather merit HR, prioritises appearance over talent, promoting their favourites within six months Hard-working Employee struggle to advance due to not being their favourite and not looking good up to their standards which is wearing revealing clothes

Good working environment nd culture. Couligues are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is low . As we all know about the effect of covid 19 on business. Nd this is time in which we need support from company I.e job safety, salary nd all But in return they terminated lots of staff Instantly from the job. They know there is no surety for job opportunity for next 2 month due to lockdawn but still happen in this company. Nd I also had been terminated instantly from the job

1) They gave a nice salary of 20k per month even at an intern level unlike other compaines that gave only 5k per month. 2) The manager, Nadeem, was really nice & taught me a lot even opening & closing the store that they usually don't allow interns to learn.

Dislikes

1) Even though I was an intern, I got the highest sales for april & june compared to other full time sale assistants. Due to this, I was sometimes treated very harshly by them. 2) The area sales manager was very rude & used to barely treat interns with respect even though we performed really well.
