1)Salary: you will be paid a base salary of 10k per month with a promise of increment in a few months according to performance by the General manager , This is has not happened once in the history of this company. So don't fall for it. (*You will not receive an Appointment letter & payslip once you join. Asking the general manager for a payslip will be met with a reply like this "I have been working here for the past 20 years & i don't get a payslip! Pineya". This is a huge Problem when you apply for new jobs as most companies ask for both of these things *) 2) Leave system: The company does not have a system in place. So in short there are no medical leaves or anything. You take a leave by asking your manager plus a daily wage calculated will be cut from your salary.( Even if u leave an hour earlier , then an hour's wage will be cut) 3) Cafeteria: it's bad. Most of us brought food from home. 4) Respect: They have a serious attitude problem. 5) Overtime: I had to do 5 continuous week of overtime because a person left and they didn't recruit the next person on time. WORST part is they take you for granted and expect you to work like this and at some Tipping point you say you can't take any more over time the production manager will threaten to fire you.

... time throughout the year which means more time lost in teaching new recruits. Salary and Benefits: Everyone starts with 10000 rs basic. Half you will get in cash and balance in account. So that means no Payslip. If you ever decide to leave and join somewhere else.9/10 companies will ask for payslip . Job security: They won't kick you out because there is always a shortage of PPL as everyone is continuosly resigning here. Leave system: It doesn't exist. So if you need leave you will have to ask and explain why you need this leave and why it's important to the manager. Career Growth: The salary hike is 2000 or 1000rupees per year. And it's not sure, you may get it ,you might not get it. So it's basically Better to leave while you can. Certificate: they will Requires you to keep your certificate with them , which makes no sense. Reminds me of how gulf expats were forced to keep their passports with their sponsors in the past.

Last 10 month I have been working in this company. As a beginner I got a chance to work with a good team under the supervision of seniors those who are continuing here more than 7-10 years. Excellent office atmosphere with mess facility and I am really happy with this team.

It has been three years since I am working here in Marketing. I am so happy to work in Tolins Tyres. Management and all staff members are very supportive and helpful in every stage of work. I am delighted to be working in a company like this.
