Self-ego satisfaction HODs are there who are using juniors for their benefits. They are judging your performance against your personal services. They are going to change their firm name, but this is not changing your bad image if you not making strong employee's favorable policies. there is NO HR for making healthy work environment. Company needs Politician does not engineer or manager. No Japanese culture is their meanwhile company having worst working culture like as Lala ka karKhana. Not recommended to join. If you want to spoil your carrier, then go for it.

No Body wants to join this company, because plant head (HR head) non technical , Non sense behavior, unprofessional and his management and decisions are always biased and weird. He made the worst working environment in Tokai and keep on unsettle everybody with cheap politics, with Yadav and ultimately people frustrated and leave company. He do this with personal benefits not for company, Japanese could not understand the politics behind it.
