Tere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't' address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good time for working, no over sitting culture. Always focused on minimum team good utilisation of employees and confirm the strength of team.

Training area need to update for development of employees, no any event or cultural activities plan.

Nothing is good in TIR neemrana. It is like hell

Dislikes

1) HR and management has no employee focus 2) No employee motivation 3) Plant manager think that he is owner of TIR. Everytime gives thread for job. He does employee exploitation. He takes benefits of his designation. No mercy. He has no and managerial skill technical knowledge 4) Official job timing is 9:00 am to 5:30 pm but actual working 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on daily basis 5) No support from management and manager and plant manager 6) You will feel every day bad, why I joined TIR

Dislikes

In PE, there is no junior employee availability you have to do all work by yourself. There is no cab facility you have to up down by your own vehicles. Japanese persons are good who are in management but few Indian person also involve in management that’s why they destroy your job work presentation.
