No career, this is a company where there is no work culture, no work life balance. Itmamangement is nothing they use the work force in whole day and night and when the time comes for salary growth they increase the salary of uper management only. Its manager Mr shakti directly abuse the employe for their mother and sister and the workers are compelled to tollerate it for money. Its only a company where these types are managers are given praise by its honour. There is no salary structure and ever aspect of labour law is broken which cause the highest employee turnover. Even it didnot give my 24000/- of my salary.
