Lot of potential to learn new technologies. This is the only company that gives you opportunities in implementations, and upgrade projects even without experience. Strong support from the management for those who have learning attitude. Promotions are not many due to the size of the organization, but skill development opportunities are more. Yearly hikes are good and constantly I've got good hikes.

I don't really say i've dislikes. Everything is good and I see a great transformation.

A great place for innovation. Perfect work-life balance and 99% of the time, either the delivery or the management doesn't force people to work during off office hours.

Since it's an upcoming organization, promotions are limited. But, I see that they are overcoming this as well now.

No respect to employees, they make bond and they ask you to pay money if you break bond and MD of the company never give respect to any of his employees and they blackmail like I'll spoil your career. It's one word is worst company.
