Excellent working environment. Time to time useful training sessions to sharpen skills of employees. Supportive colleagues and willing to share their knowledge and experiences. Good remuneration as per market standards. The owner of the company takes great care of employee's growth, both professionaly and personaly. I really appreciate his proactive approach to problem solving. The management is always keen to keep their employees updated with latest technologies and methodologies. ...oyees skills. He don't appreciate our knowledge and don't trust their employees. After resignation they not even release my salary and gave me bad words. For him employees are purchased by company as he is paying salary to them. I strongly recommend not to join even if HR is giving 100% hike. I have not observed any single employee who has completed atleat 1 years of service in Today............ Think 100 times before joining....

The Company is expanding widely in Navi Mumbai. Bigger Projects are on the way. If someone wants to expand the knowledge then this company is Very good as compared to developed companies where senior management takes decisions rather than owner. Management takes suggestions from you. Job Security is good. Owner of the company recognizes your efforts. For Motivating employees various party's & Festivals are organized.
