Good remuneration as per market standards. The owner of the company takes great care of employee's growth, both professionaly and personaly. ...oyees skills. He don't appreciate our knowledge and don't trust their employees. After resignation they not even release my salary and gave me bad words. For him employees are purchased by company as he is paying salary to them. I strongly recommend not to join even if HR is giving 100% hike. I have not observed any single employee who has completed atleat 1 years of service in Today............ Think 100 times before joining....
