There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years .Can ask to resign without telling On the job.

Compensation is good, but growth totally depends on your caliber. The work pressure is high but manage to complete within your working hours. Team Leaders & Managers are very friendly & support you to grow.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Politics and Favoritism. Non andherence to HR policies. No set expectation in appraisals. Sunday working.
