The work from home policy is great.

Dislikes

Nothing much to like. A company that takes employees for granted. Salary is bare minimum. Only Sunday is off. They cut your attendance and salary if assigned task is not completed in the shift hours, which means you get nearly nothing even if you work even beyond your shift hours.

...laxed job...my manger is good..but there's no upward mobility in this company...very less leaves and no salary incrementation...theres job security and salary comes exactly on time...the traing period is amazing

The remote server works slowly. Reviewing of work is a bit late. Working from 1:45 to 9:15 on Saturday is a bit overwhelming.

Don't work here they don't value their workers

They torture you mentally for less pay try to get most work done and still not increase the pay even when on sick leave they call you which will stress you out even more

I didn't lose my job during COVID. That was a huge blessing. Nothing else do I remember worth quoting.

...e. Poor work-life balance. The kind of work itself gives so much screen fatigue. And the health sacrifice you make is not rewarded even with a decent salary. Pay is the worst thing there. I started with Rs 16,600, and my 2.5-year stint there ended with Rs 19,800. When I raised it to my manager, he said copy editors are the highly paid professionals at TNQ. So imagine the condition of folks from other departments.
