The Rotation of shifts every week is Hell. You will be asked to do double shift. No matter WFH or Office. Morning shift, Afternoon shift and Night shift for boys only.

Salary will credited on-time, no delay. Office environments are maintained as MNC, like workspace, cafeteria, lift, bathroom... Etc.

Work from home planning is very worst and they take the decision as different by team. Internal politics available here.

Colleagues wil be friendly and helpful, that too depends on the team. Some teams are terrible to work with. Hybrid work model.

Poor work culture, management plays favouritism towards certain people. Appraisals are low, sometimes even nil. No clear promotion policy. Only individual health insurance provided, no option to avail family insurance. Job security is at risk in recent days.

The obsolete managers and the managing, and company culture. They could have make it better, but they know, that offering less salaries and extracting more work from employees can only make the company heads money, other than it's just a no way place.
