...companies. Often, there will be celebrations and games for new comers to mingle. Food in cafeteria is not so good plus they charge that on your salary. Transportations charge are also deducted from salary. Make sure you don't take leave often. Otherwise you stuck in your position and others will act like they know everything. Seniors won't teach you anything. You observe and Learn, after the training.

The Rotation of shifts every week is Hell. You will be asked to do double shift. No matter WFH or Office. Morning shift, Afternoon shift and Night shift for boys only.

Colleagues wil be friendly and helpful, that too depends on the team. Some teams are terrible to work with. Hybrid work model.

Poor work culture, management plays favouritism towards certain people. Appraisals are low, sometimes even nil. No clear promotion policy. Only individual health insurance provided, no option to avail family insurance. Job security is at risk in recent days.

The obsolete managers and the managing, and company culture. They could have make it better, but they know, that offering less salaries and extracting more work from employees can only make the company heads money, other than it's just a no way place.
