I learnt lot from that company. For example i learnt how to work the instruments and how to analyse the paper and how to cooperate with others.

Dislikes

I felt uncomfortable with the Contract salary structure. So i want to change my job to other company.

One of the best organizations to work in . Technically a leader in paper industry and an excellent place to learn and improve your knowledge and skills. Management policies are goal driven and better than some of my previous multinational organizations I had worked. Great place to live your career. Management is open to all the new innovations and encourages employees to participate in the development activities.

Dislikes

1. Since this is a process industry and comes under essential commodities act, company works on all the six days a week and hence work life balance is a little off the mark. 2. The other one is the issue of food provided by the company, which needs to improve a lot. 3. I feel that the promotions which are are on time bound basis to a certain level in the organization to all the people should be removed as undeserving candidates get promoted, which demotivates the really efficient and deserving candidates . The process of appraisal needs to be revisited.
