working in goverment entity is different experience. The Learning experince is different in there because they are working in manual accounting not fully automated. the colleagues are good and we work happily . Working environment is average.

Compensation is average but growth is Slow .Some times officers do not value the individual unique strength also there is no job training and they did not teach well to freshers.

My self and my team work is hardly & finish the works stipulated period. We are worked 100% but salary received 60% so TNEB has improved. Today company given the pay 100% but work out 60% only.

TNEB Works are major portion taken contractors rates are quoted less then 20 to 30% along with materials.works progress satisfaction but quality is worsted.
