My reason being continue in this organization is only my manager and my mentor because of whom I am today what I am. I have learnt a lot, achieved a lot and became expert and mkst sought after team person. My life turn around because of my manager and my mentor in this organization. She is a charasmatic leader. But for senior top management i cannot say the same. There was a time when company leaders and managers were very much proactive and supportive towards employees' development however after the captain cool moved for another major assignment in another group company things drastically became poor. New leadership have no concern or care about employees' development or career growth. Organization politics took rocket elevation and client engagement and customer advocacy are thrown out. Earning profits and generating revenues from unnecessary employee costing is the only motto. Hiring over expensive resources with advance technical skills without visibility on revenues and usefulness and than attrition of these resources due to lack of projects matching their abilities and worst form of empowerment and enablement is a common sight. Top management is busy in running behind numbers and emoloyee or customer satisfaction has no space.

Dislikes

The higher management does not support you in any way. HR will not help you in aspect of your journey. The HR department does not know the company policy, they give incomplete information which would cost you your job. They didnt even give me an exit interview.
