There are some good professionally qualified people working in the group and it's really nice working with them. Opportunity of presentation of quarterly financials to the board.

Dislikes

Over ambitious and over aggressive management sets impracticable goals to the finance head which in turn creates huge pressure on the team. Management always try to interfere with finance and accounts department, instead of focusing on the business. In my view Finance and accounts department should be kept independent and given authority to take simple decisions without management intervention, the same is absent in the group. Management is lead by CMD of the group who is also promoter of the group and one man army. His "I know everything" attitude is very tough to cope with. There are multiple sources of instruction which often create confusion in the department. Coming to team, knowledge levels are very poor and not professional. Overall assessment of working in the finance and accounts department is poor. Lot of improvements to take place in the management and serious introspection is required for the team.
