Company has started in 2018 and is seat supplier for OEM. U will learn lot of things here not only limited to your department related. Work pressure will make u strong enough to stand in this competitive world. It is part of Tata autocomp so job security is there dont worry.

... employees for career growth; they are only interested in getting the work done. Compensation is way too poor than market so don’t expect too much. No proper planning at operations resulting in creating unnecessary work load & panic situations hence people are not so happy to work.

For increase our salary we can use This company but for our career this is not suitable.

Company select worst supplier because of low cost but they put so much pressure to us for get the world class quality part in right time, I don't think that will work out

My Experience to work with TM Auto, as this is TATA Group of company but there is no system follows , working experience very poor. there is not work life balance. working culture is not good. family spend time zero. no leaves for long time, No leaves settled. No any support form HR department. so many issue pending since long but no capable to settle the same.

The people from any department there are not good. Dirty words and dirty language are used for women. The head of the department holds discussions among themselves regarding the body of women. People from every department treat each other shamelessly. , They fight with each other. There, people from every department instigate each other against each other.

Top management people are supportive to the team, They are doing numbers of programs frequently to keep employees in motivational phase... They are doing CSR activity very good...
