Company has started in 2018 and is seat supplier for OEM. U will learn lot of things here not only limited to your department related. Work pressure will make u strong enough to stand in this competitive world. It is part of Tata autocomp so job security is there dont worry.

... employees for career growth; they are only interested in getting the work done. Compensation is way too poor than market so don’t expect too much. No proper planning at operations resulting in creating unnecessary work load & panic situations hence people are not so happy to work.

My Experience to work with TM Auto, as this is TATA Group of company but there is no system follows , working experience very poor. there is not work life balance. working culture is not good. family spend time zero. no leaves for long time, No leaves settled.
