Company management don't have a good picture on future plans, which reduces the company profit and growth. Company is not under a single person, this is under a trust, which also makes a lag in decision making.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
