It's terrible experience. There's no life of employees in that company. We were government funded apprenticeship trainees but still they haven't paid our 7 months of salary. Per day you have to work for 12-14 hours there's no holidays either. Don't join this terrible company to ruin your life.

...ring Covid-19 Lockdown Period. Those employee had come on leave before lockdown. The company didn't pay the salary for the month of February and March.

Political culture, salary delay over six months & promotion not done every year/person. And who left the organization not gets their salary & not receive the phone call from any company concerning person.

This company is very bad, employer not paying salary on time. Most of the employees salary is pending from 1year and location of the Company is very bad actually the place is a tribal and dangerous area. Senior person of this company are very bad they never tell you actual situation of the Company. Senior Management of the Company appoint you by saying lie and fake commitments and when you join them they will never treat you and not paying salary on time. Basic requirements is not fullfil like good food, pure water, medical facility, electricity and mobile network So my suggestion is not to join this company

...culture. No career growth. No skill development. No compensation and benefits. No payment of salary on time (8 to 10 months due). No EPF and ESI available. No safety of employees. No safety of employees things. Not a safe place. No good food. No medical facilities. No electricity. Old working system. HR Department not corporate.
