It's a good company to work with and has good teammates. I don't find any kind of difficulty while working. Also, the company staff is very supportive. It will be a dream company for newcomers also in terms of knowledge growth.

Dislikes

There’s nothing I dislike about the job in particular. It’s just that I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them. But I honestly believe that with my experience I should be earning more. What I really dislike is that there is no room for growth in that company.

I have met some of the most talented people ever during my time at TIU consulting. It's also given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. And, it really is inspiring to be exposed to the creative and sometimes world-changing things our customer design and make with our software development skills.

Too much reliability on the clients If you are picked up for one project, you will find less options to change If the client drops the project, job loosing chances are high

No one cares as long as you are working for a client and giving money to TIU. Hardly calls employees to check the work life balance etc.

Dislikes

It's fraud company they cheat people and harass employees while leaving out. They don't even show new jobs once current job is over they don't market and it's so horrible company. Don't join.

Too much politics in the office... HR department is completely worst.. Specially Head HR Archana Patil, she has no manners to talk with employees... They gave appraisal once in a two years. No job security... They terminate anytime.
