Teammates and Managers are helpful sometimes. Since we work on different unique projects we can learn more in terms of technology and how to handle different people including various teams and customers.

Dislikes

...on individual projects based on the criticality the work load will be very high. Salary is not sufficient for the work content we do. Assembly engineers don't have career growth at all. You can be promoted to Team lead but the learning curve stays flat.

Lot of opportunity to learn new things and new technology. 100% job security

Work culture is worst. Almost no work-life balance for some departments. compensation is very low. More importance given to people who join as GET's only.

...ou are eligible. You have to wait for five years for consideration of promotion. Compensation is low considered to industry. Be mindful that if you join TEAL chances of switching any company is less, they tend to speak/armtwist the hiring HR not to hire from people from TEAL. Also moving to any other Tata company is also not possible as they won't release you for moving out. TEAL has already informed Tata electronics, Gabriel, Tata Smartfoodz to not hire current employees. You have to obey everything what superior says. Sunday works are compulsory if asked to. Managers will peep into your personal life's. Managers won't bother reviewing during drawing release stage, take credit if it goes well and blame you to senior managers if it's goes wrong. Managers don't know how to behave. They will bodyshame you. Managers Often comment about others during tea breaks. TEAL has deviated from TITAN culture long ago. Titan Corporate should be aware of what's happening in TEAL. Titan corporate should investigate why there is such a high attrition rate only in TEAL. Teal is getting plagued by cheap minds.

Great place to learn and skill development. Very easy to access the top management. They will listen your query and they will take the necessary action. Very supportive management. You wont feel alone at any time, there will be always support.

It is a school for Engineers... learning and development in day to day activities.

...ned. Officer_Engineer_Senior Engineer _Specialist doing same kind of activities. There is no difference in work but salary wise Huge differences. Fitment also happened for Diploma/B.E candidates only. Graduates and others not getting re-fitment. Year on year compansation only will recieve.
