New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ...culture is very bad you will not get appreciated for your work and your success. Salary benefits are also not great and there are different rules for every staff member for example staff member which is close to seniors will get every facility if he do is work properly or not done properly, and if others do their work properly but not close to senior staff will not get any appraisal for their work and not get any benefit for it.
