Company is no doubt good but local area managers are not good.There was no specific week off for me which I was supose to get.I didn't have proper duty roster,most of the day I had to travel from one place to another place.Every night I use to be in panic that I don't know where I am supose to go in morning for duty.Most of the day I got information about duty place at 8am where I was supose to join at 10am.Someday duty place changed while travelling so I had to change the route again.Overall the experience in Titan was pathetic.All the trouble I had I think aginst the company rules but it was sad that there was no one who can correct it.

No salary increment, Senior pressure, KRA and actual work is different, Work like manager level, but salary like peon. Admin department politics manipulation Favouritism hierarchy is not maintain

...le work is process oriented or organised. Reimbursements take a prolonged time.. most of salary is stuck in travel.. toxic work culture.. new ideas are not welcomed as team is old.. and also the mindset

...ers so always ON Roll is best as compared to franchisee (off role) employee if u are late & go early then Salary deduct vs and if u come early and go late thenther e no any OVER TIME Salery provided

1) Great work culture 2) Team leads and management takes care of development of new skill set 3) You can shift to various roles within the company. Company actually encourages you to take new role every few years. 4)Job security

1) Salary Compensation is on lower end compare to market trend 2) Promotion cycle is way too slow
