Dislikes

Compensation is low if you are not from MT batch directly placed after your college. I do have received awards and appreciation mails but mostly go unnoticed during the time of Appraisals as ratings are already decided.

# Actually the company culture and policies are good but not same applicable in all divisions. # You go the senior management and HR if you have any issue but again the managers comment is the also valued if he or she tell something against you, You will be judged. # Company gives good leave benefits but if you use for atleast for a week you'll have to ask for managements manager. # Good amount of bonus we get no doubt. # Company provide evening snacks which is good. # Proud to work as according with the TATA COMPANY NAME but not the management they'll ruined your all proudness.

...IONS Appraisals are totally unfair and the criteria will be differ Every year. Forget about increment they don't even give you a good salary hike every year.

I like working with titan company but sometimes salary and appraisals are not satisfied me.. But I loved Titan because I learned from Titan company

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day sometimes late into night managers do not value an individual's unique strenthts. For me I am not satisfied in my sallary.
