First of thing I want to tell you about company it's amazing second team leader are very helpful they never abuse you they help you in every situation whenever you need them if you are doing good in fields they will reward you with Amazon give gift card or incentive plan is cool

there is a team will be a whirlpool family,skill development was very good but salary was not good .carrier growth was not there.the was support me i have not change trhis company

there is no opertunity for re to promot tl or xyz.that company will support me to promot me in higher post so i coud not leave that compny

Job security was not a concern with Whirlpool until March where layoffs were announced globally; salary was on the lower side but pressure wasn't unmanageable until 6 months ago when management changes happened

Culture is a hit or a miss depending on the manager in charge; micromanagement is the name of the game; no succession plan for new hires; appraisal is subpar by industry standards; lack of support from corporate HR in any concerns raised; even one day leaves get rejected at the whims and fancy of the manager in charge

...toxic. Juniors ( ASM,AM,SE...etc) will face all kind of torture in this company. Bonus deducted as well. Unnecessary pressure in work. No job security, manipulation and politics involved. Overall pathetic Job scenario in Whirlpool 👎👎

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supprtive and the management is transprant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but growth is fast.
