I had enjoyed being part of the SS Case Plant Manufacturing Unit in Coimbatore which has expert teams that manufacture reliable, high-quality Watch accessories. Also this is an Ethics company and employee oriented and would like if they could implement employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Sometimes work pressure also mounts. Also there is no on job training especially in Admin/ Security field for freshers and hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is tiresome work sometimes.
