New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

...ished or how you handeled work load, your hardwork & performance is meaningless. They will offered you 1k hike at year end when you asked for salary hike otherwise they would not offered by themselves. There is neither seek leave policy, nor any HR policy.
