No time limit I have worked like 24×7 Very less salary as compared to market Only importance given to one special employee Boss is always right Fail Operations Manager No appreciation even if you worked night and day Your office off time is 6:30pm but still you have to work till 1am,2am just because to collect cash from guest and to give them checking-in There is no time limit

1. The management gives recognition to even small achievements and compensates. 2. Teamwork is encouraged 3. The manager is always available to listen to workplace issues and tries to resolve them asap 4. There is open door policy. 5. Each team member knows their role clearly.

1. Need to arrange or buy own vehicle, owner never informed that you need to buy/rent your own vehicle. 2. Owner coming in the morning and shouting in every morning meeting, don't have any manners and ethics on how to talk to Managers and Assistant Managers. 3. It's is service type concept but not a hotel and resort and can say it's a facility appartments. 4. They are using Ezee Absolute software for maintaining guest details and folios - but not doing Night Audit every day, so breaching the software. 5. Though it is new company, but the owner should start giving empowerment and ownership to its Managers rather poking them every time. 6. At the time of recruitment, the owner said that you will be responsible for one property, but when joined, one day on my off day called and told to go to some other location to check the villa condition and maintenance.
