Everything, No PF or Insurance No Job Security You're not allowed to talk to your colleagues Not allowed to leave the office between working ours Not allowed to leave your desk (Cubicle) in working hours It's like you're in a jail or School for 9 hours. Owner (Mr. Siddharth) is clueless of what to do. Manager (Manish Ahuja) is damn arrogant and have no manners to speak with staff. To be honest it would be better for you to work at a pan shop rather than working here.

It has been more than a year working with Tistabene, It always makes me feel very comfortable while working there, the positive environment, the interactive sessions, and the best of this company are you learn so much, able to execute the same with proper guidance, great mentors!

Having such leaders is highly respected by our employees, who would do anything to support Tistabene and the team as whole. Tistabene is company where people can work hard and have fun at the same time. Supportive environment that encourages and promotes career development.

There's nothing I don't like about the job in particular.

Likes

Interesting, challenging work and being able to implement process-improvement ideas. Learning new roles, working face-to-face with exhibitors, mentoring staff, the option to telework whenever I like. Love the organisational tasks, and the actual on-site experience.
