There is no work culture and management system to work in here in any dept. Nothing for self improvement and learning. And jib safety is very low. An employee could be fired instantly anytime.

The HR department have no experience in particular field .... They play with his employee career Including me also they miss my PF pension form 10c .... Its a little example I am working there and I can't complete my one year ......
