Only one thing i liked is my team mates as they are very supportive to each other, other like manament team is not supportive.

Dislikes

No compensation and slow grown in salary, have to work 9 hours continuously and handle all types of customers, no appreciations from manangment teams even after so much hard work, my hardwork always go unnoticed, me and my team mates every one have tge same opinions when it comes to job satisfaction as there no job satisfaction. Even they dont provide any kind of facilities to staff, Feels like staff are burden for them, and says that the agents through which customers are coming are the real staff and the agents get highly paid for that and staff who handles back office are not even getting 1 % compared to agents

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Everything is good like training for development our personality, work style, how to build carrier, how to make a team work with it, and take responsibility for ourselves, for team for our organization.

Very bady management lots of inside fraud and scam of all money they are looting and fooling the customer by showing top in Google by paid promotions Plz don not invest in such scame credit society
