Nothing. The company is nearly 30 Years old with bunch of few bond servant working in a non learning environment

The company is a typical Indian Lala company located in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. There is no hierarchy level and solely managed by the owner. He lacks professionalism and basic skills for managing business. He treats everyone like a labour. Female employees are not treated well. This company believes in micro management which results in harassment to employees and also ask employees to sign bond. The good employees are leaving with bad experiences. The senior lack knowledge pertaining to latest technologies which result in no growth.

There is no appraisal, no matter how long you work there. Your hard work doesn't matter to them. Some Senior team member abuses junior team members. Totally worst company. Think 100 times before join this company.

This is one of the ridiculous company where I had worked no respect for girls Higher position people using abusive words in front of girls for others. No professional culture, single washroom both for male/female. A girl who works under his male manager, the manager thinks she is her private property, he wants to take advantage. when she denies him, he started harassing her . she left with leaving the company as she has not left with any option. dirty politics. its request to all girls not to join this company
