Disappointing work culture I worked for Tipplr for 2 yrs, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a toxic work culture. The organization focus on politics and bucketing created a hostile environment that stifled growth and innovation. The management emphasis on internal politics led to favouritism, biased decision making, and lack of transparency. This resulted in an uneven playing field, where hard work and merit ware merely overlooked. The bucketing system created an unhealthy competition among colleagues, fostering an environment of cutthroat rivalry rather than collaboration and team work
