"My experience with this organization has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I joined, it became apparent that a culture of blame-shifting prevails. Instead of addressing issues and taking responsibility for their mistakes, the management here seem to impose their blame at a particular employee(s). It's as if passing the buck is their official policy. Additionally, their office environment is a far cry from what one would expect from a professional organization. The workplace resembles a shabby, run-down shop more than anything else. Overall, my time with this organization has been deeply disappointing, marked by a toxic blame culture and subpar working conditions. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment or collaboration with them to think twice."

Dislikes

All managers are rude and arrogant, first they will hire you saying we will provide you complete training and knowledge transfer but after some due to internal politics they will fire you saying we don't have time to train you. Hr are also not supporting.
