...highly Inappropriate, as he does not know how to communicate with his employees. The company makes false promises, and there are no exceptations for salary as they use foul language and force employees to leave before the salary day.

no job security, 10 people organization where 5 are family members, Owner Sumit and Manager Sushil are obscene and use foul language. no projects are there, they will outsource you to another organization and if you don't clear client interviews they will fire you. No HR support , HR is just a puppet.
