Relaxed environment. Work life balance.good for gaining experience.

Dislikes

Decisions take very long. Slow management. Salary & benefits not upto market standards for US-Tax profile. No flexible working hours. During covid there was a salary cut company wide for all employees, which was fine considering that time. But later on conditions improved but company did not pay back that salary.

1) Colleagues: Who were helpful in teaching the process and developing the skills. 2) Greenery Environment / Campus

Dislikes

1) Favouritism’s by Team Lead / Reporting Manager’s. 2) They (Team Lead) dress up like Gentlemen but talk like uncivilised person. 3) Harassment by Team lead - they do not train associates properly. 4) They keep control of the process; thinking that new joiners can be threaten to their job security. Unnecessarily copy manager’s in email and escalate things. 5) Salary / Compensation : is not upto expectations 6) No Exit interview conducted for the employee who worked for 6years 7) Night shift employees are not considered at all for anything; but load of the work and volume of work is always core. 8) Worst and Cheap catering service they hired for Dinner and Midnight snacks. 9) Toilets will not be clean for night shift employees 10) No tissue papers will be available for GES employees 11) They don’t even provide proper laptop to work..! But luckily they provide laptop 12) Fake assurance by Manager when we request for change in shift..!

The work culture is no doubt the best. Learning opportunities are good. Career change is good opportunity here. Diverse culture and team building activities are superb. Chances of travel are good. Job security is good. Attrition is still pretty low. Best of all, it is a product based company and stress is manageable.

...h in career is stagnant unless you move to a different team. No shift allowance. Variable pay is the worst. Fixed pay makes it seem lucrative, but in hand is surprisingly sub par than market standards. No work from home. Bonds are taken as insurance of commitment. Feels more of a noose than a commitment. Cross functionality not that good. But I am nitpicking. One of the best companies to work, for a calm and balanced work life.

If employees are from jamshedpur, then they can survive with such low salary, perks and benefits. Options are available to enhance skills and knowledge.

There are many- Salary hike is minimal, despite working for more than 5 years, there is no promotion. With no reason, top level management puts huge pressure on lower and mid level position for output. No diverse option available to develop skills and knowledge. You have to work more than 8 hrs to complete your daily task as one person have to do the work of 2-3 employees.
