Quality should be the 1st priorities in every situation for the production

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8:30 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

All about politics and management issues.... Very slow career growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

If employees are from jamshedpur, then they can survive with such low salary, perks and benefits. Options are available to enhance skills and knowledge.

There are many- Salary hike is minimal, despite working for more than 5 years, there is no promotion. With no reason, top level management puts huge pressure on lower and mid level position for output. No diverse option available to develop skills and knowledge. You have to work more than 8 hrs to complete your daily task as one person have to do the work of 2-3 employees.

Work- life balance is good and yearly appraisal is average. Job security is good. Nobody force you to not take leave, you can plan your leave according to you.

Dislikes

Employees appreciation is not good. Salary could have been better. Shop floor culture is not so good.
