Company is good, Company CEO is motivative. Work culture and salary benefits are good Finance Team and other department's employees are supportive.

Dislikes

Everything. Unexpected calls and responsibilities, unnecessary frustrations and late night calls for task updates and force to work on rotational week-off days. Management and HR didn't listen to employees and few idiots like Mr. Priyanshu Dubey behaves like they own the company & responds vaguely. If you want to join the company, you will be served with frustrations, dissatisfaction and chaos.

Salary comes at the date promised. There is name sake tag for employees worked here that they were part of an MNC. Performance benefits designed are good compared to other companies which is not evaluated fairly ofcourse.

Dislikes

Culture & Management are worst a company can have. From gaslighting, gatekeeping, insecure leadership, no support and unprofessional behaviours from all leaders especially starting from the top. Company will see it's business coming down in long run since people's practices are of 80s. (Lala culture)

...play free games and you get to travel alot PAN India,but you won't get to enjoy.I heard there is good salary hike,but you will want to kill yourself than to seek an appraisal.

...rs mistake. 11.No IT person stays with organization for more than 1-2 years. 12.You will feel like your doing work of 4 persons so don't go for the salary the offer.It is a trap.Because you won't learn anything that will help you when you switch. 13.TZPL is an entertainment and arcade gaming organization , which is meant to provide happiness to it customers.But this happiness has high price.Management higher needy people and then exploit them in the name of work. 14.Again go on and go writing about this organization, I wil stop here by saying "All That Glitters Is Not Gold"

Yes , I do . But me as a stock incharge got in-hand salary of 12700 where my floor staff GSA get 12500,12200,12100.thats disappointed me..not only me but my supervisor also... I've been working here for 3year ... everytime I ve been told that this salary will be rectified as per your designation but no everytime they lied....I'm leaving the organisation very soon..

Don’t Care and magenge there stock rooms. Employee Salary very lowest. But you get salary in month exact time.
