This is worst company i ever had there is no working culture.Work pressure without any sense.9 to 6 10 is your working hours but you have to be there upto 10 0 clock and there is no extra pay for that even they ask to come on sunday .and they wont compensate that leave and within one weak it will be lapse.Dont think for leave there is no leaves .you will be treat as u dont know anything.Every one blame their mistakes on you only. NEVER GO THERE.GO THERE MEANS U R GOING TO HELL.

Only salary will come on 30 to 31 .Rest everything is worst .even your bike is not safe.Jaoge to pachhtaoge.

I joined this organization as a fresher in production department and i learnt a lot in this company seniors are very supportive and always ready to Encourage you and also support you to develop your skill if you want to learn something then they will always ready to cooperate you and hr policy is very good and salary will come at the end of month there is no ups and down in salary which is best part of the company from sr. Engineer your office timing will to 9 to 6 and there is no extra pressure about work just do your key work and improvement so for me tgpel is best...........

1.Less increament amount 2.Food quality is not up to the mark 3.There is some people who is doing politics there they are just ridiculous.

Work culture is average. And it depends on the department you are in. If i talk about business development, it is very bad. Everyday you are made to realize that you are not worth it. The boss will demotivate you to that extent where you will question yourself was it the right decision to join this company

The infrastructure and employees. Pre-covid it used to be different but now it has completely changed.

Everything was so bad apart from colleagues. Don't ever accept any job offer from here, your life will be worst than hell. The head of PPC department is such a bad human that nobody wants to see his face. Every soul working there has been trapped inside. Good for diploma holders but not for degree engineers.
