There is a lots of policies and the management adress or issues. Salary is decent according to the employees, casuals, permanent workers. There is no bond of timing wich you can't resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

No work life balance strict timings and no time to go home.your work will change according to priority and in evening they will ask why u have not done your previous work.so much disturbance in design department.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Timex is one of the best employee friendly organizations. The open work culture, inclusiveness, work environment, work life balance and compensation best in industry makes this a truly adorable company to work for. You would meet some really interesting and learned people who know how to enjoy their work to the fullest. Appraisals are good, growth opportunities are scarce but no limit for the right candidate.

Dislikes

A pinch of politics is always there in all the organizations. There is nothing much to dislike here. Sometimes, lack of clarity is the biggest hurdle you feel in discharge of your duties. However, it is all people specific and not the culture of the company.

Internal politics. Only 4-5 top management people are dominating. No appraisal for result oriented employees. Appraisal is given to employees who can make boss happy. Only buttering. Those who just want to pass time can join. For growth oriented candidates it's not recommended.
